Wolfgang Reim is a partner of EO Executives. Depending on the individual situation, he will fill management positions with permanent executives or with interim managers available at short notice. He has been working in executive search consulting since 2016.

Wolfgang Reim's special interest in leadership, motivation and psychometric assessment first arose during his business studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten. It inspired him to specialise in these areas. He is certified to conduct Insights MDI® and LSI assessments. 

Before becoming an executive search consultant, Wolfgang Reim spent more than 20 years as an executive (e.g. managing director, business unit manager) in the construction industry. During this time, he managed sales, oversaw new product development, contributed to corporate strategy, and took on international responsibilities. He knows the industry and its specific requirements like no other and can find exactly the right candidates for your business.
