My clients typically have 3 challenges when they are looking for an executive search partner:
1. Central positions in sales or other market-related areas of the company are vacant - there is a lack of focus for consistent market development with target and existing customers - the competition is picking up the business. You are losing money!
2. The team's performance stagnates or even declines because the manager does not fit in and unsettles or even frustrates his employees with incorrect or outdated management approaches. The result here is also poorer business figures and possibly a creeping fluctuation of top performers, which leads to a further slump after a delay.
3. The situation in which things don't work out laterally in the management team because the last recruitment or promotion focussed more on industry experience than on team fit and personality structure. Here too, the result is measurable losses due to poor cooperation, negative effects on the corporate and communication culture and difficulties in recruiting new talent for the area in question. All of this leads to increased costs.
Regardless of which of these situations concerns you, we will work together to find the right solution to your challenge and thus help to lead your company successfully into the future. Contact us so that we can get to know each other and your specific situation better.
