ONBOARDING COACHING
The onboarding coaching supports new manager in their induction phase in the topics of self-reflection, leadership, cooperation and focusing on the most important management tasks. The goal is to increase productivity through reflective coaching and mentoring in a most structured way.
After more than 15 years in human resources in both corporate and medium-sized companies with 10 years of management experience, Iris van Baarsen has been working as a business and leadership coach for 8 years now. One of her focal points is to support managers in their new role, both within a company and after a change of employer. Her coaching approach is New Work oriented and supports a co-creative cooperation.

A team building workshop is therefore a profitable investment for everyone involved. Iris led a workshop "Beyond Leadership" for our Marketing & PR team. Our team was very impressed with Iris as a trainer and the content.
