About Thomas Pfitzer

As an Associate Expert at EO Executives, Thomas R. Pfitzer brings extensive experience in guiding executives and organizations through demanding change processes. His focus lies on coaching senior executives, developing organizations and their strategic positioning, and shaping culture and transformation processes.

Thomas R. Pfitzer knows both worlds: the inside perspective of large corporations and the distance of the independent advisor. He combines analytical rigor with a fine sense for people and organizational dynamics. He knows that lasting change never depends on structures alone. It always depends on the people who carry it. Particularly in phases of uncertainty, pressure to change, or strategic reorientation, he helps executives gain clarity and develop their organizations effectively.

Thomas R. Pfitzer has the ability to create clarity even in complex situations and to bring together differing interests, perspectives, and dynamics. Decades of experience in large organizations have taught him how power, culture, and change interact.

Professional Background

Thomas R. Pfitzer is the founder of the management consultancy PFITZER & PARTNER, which supports executives, organizations, and institutions through strategic, cultural, and organizational change. He has served as a lecturer at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. His methodological foundation rests on a Master's degree in systemic consulting, training in organizational development and community consulting, and an additional qualification in group dynamics from the DAGG.

Prior to this, he gained extensive leadership experience within the Daimler Group, first as Manager of Leadership Development for senior executives, then as Manager of the DaimlerChrysler Corporate University. In these roles, he supported the development of executives and organizations in an international corporate environment and gained deep insight into the challenges of leadership, change, and corporate culture. Before that, he worked as an advisor to executives and an organizational development specialist at debis Systemhaus.
