Juan Diaz-Andreu García is Managing Partner at EO Executives Spain, Madrid. He specializes in C-level appointments for technology companies, private equity firms, and educational institutions. For him, the key is not simply to fill a vacancy, but to identify leaders who can create real impact within a company’s specific environment.
With his own background in senior leadership roles and many years of teaching at respected business schools, he is particularly well placed to advise on search mandates that are complex and require a nuanced understanding of market dynamics, role requirements, and organizational context.
His clients face demanding challenges. They are looking for leaders with strong digital capabilities, navigating transformation in data-driven markets, managing leadership transitions during sensitive growth phases, or building leadership teams that can drive innovation and sustainable business models.
Juan Díaz-Andreu García meets these challenges by combining executive search with strategic counsel, in a way that is tailored, precise, and grounded in each client’s specific needs. His clients also benefit from his international network, including connections to the Fulbright Alumni Association and UCLA.

He also founded powertocode.org, an initiative that encourages girls to pursue digital and technical careers, and remains actively involved in promoting diversity and education in the technology sector.
